FAQ's

Is this challenge really free?

Yes, all you need to do is register with your email address and that's it. You'll immediately begin to receive your workouts to your inbox daily. 

Are the workouts videos?

Yes! Our Beginner & Intermediate challenge workouts are delivered to you as full-length workout videos as well as our classic self-guided version.

Do I have to be a member of Love Your Bod?

The 30-Day Fitness Challenge is an extension of the Love Your Bod program. For a limited time, we have opened up the challenge to non-members. There is no log-in required - simply just open up your workouts from the links that are emailed to you. If you would like to access our full program with all of the features please click here for more information.

I joined, but haven't received my confirmation email.

Please email us so that we can look into that for you. Sometimes there can be server delays or very strong spam filters that can get in the way of you receiving your workouts. If you used an iCloud email address, please sign-up again with a different email address as  iCloud will not receive emails from our mailer service.

I joined, but would prefer to start on another day.

No problem. Please email us the day before you would like to re-start and we will reset your emails for you from the beginning again.

I received my confirmation email but would like to get started with the workouts today.

No problem. Email us so that we can fast track your emails. In the meantime, here is the beginner day 1 workout: Rock Your Body, and here is the intermediate day 1 workout: No Place Like Home . 

What do I do if I fall off track and miss workouts?

Don't stress out about it. Just pick up where you left off.

Life can be pretty hectic and there are plenty of things that will get in the way of your workouts.

Just don't throw in the towel entirely every time you miss a workout though. Life is always going to get in the way so just do the best you can.

Just complete as many of the workouts as you can within the 30 days, or simply just extend the duration of your program. The key is not to give up!

Do you offer more advanced challenges?

If I find something too hard, can I modify?

Absolutely! We all have to start somewhere. For some people, it can be hard to get through all of their reps or sets, and they may need longer breaks. That's okay - just do your best and do as much as you can. Be sure to join our FB community and post your questions - Micaela is always there to answer and will often  post-exercise substitutions. 

What equipment do I need?

Nothing. You can complete all of these workouts without equipment. If you happen to have some dumbbells, however, be sure to use them for added resistance on the exercises that you can!

How many workouts will I receive? 

The challenge consists of 5x 30-minute workouts for each week for 30 days. You will receive a total of 22 workouts delivered to you by email.

5 days feels like too much for me.

That's okay - Be sure to follow our beginner workouts and simply follow every other day instead. Aim for a total of 3 workouts per week. Once you feel stronger then you can begin to add in more. With consistency,  your body will become more accustomed to exercise and you'll be able to add in more days.

What should I do after I complete the challenge? 

We recommend that you continue your momentum and continue to exercise between 3-5 days per week. We have over 400+ online workouts that can help you continue your journey. Be sure to check them out once you've completed the challenge.
