When you register, you'll begin to receive your free daily workouts the very next day. All mobile-optimized workouts will be delivered directly to your inbox! You will require dumbbells & loop bands for this challenge. A pair of 5 & 10-pound dumbbells is sufficient. We recommend that you register the day before you want to begin!
