LYB FAST is a 12-week fitness program with quick workouts for busy people on the go.
20-minute high-intensity compound circuit workouts, AMRAP ( As many rounds as possible), and split routines are all in the cards with FAST.
If you've been exercising for a while and need a new challenge, FAST is the way to go! These are highly efficient and effective workouts!
If don’t have a ton of equipment or space to work with, this workout program may just be the perfect fit for you!
All workouts come with detailed video exercise instruction so that you can watch and learn as you go. Don’t forget, with LYB, if an exercise isn’t working for you - you’ve got options girl.
Every exercise has its own dedicated page, giving you full verbal and written instructions, and exercise substitutions so that you can customize your workouts to suit your personal needs.
For FAST we recommend investing in a pair of 5-10 pound dumbbells.
Loop bands, a kettlebell, & jump rope are also used a few times- however, this equipment is not required.
The bulk of your workouts will just be you and your dumbbells.
Having the flexibility to be able to workout from home will help keep you on track, and you'll save time from not having to commute to the gym!

Micaela is compassionate and very down-to-earth. I trained with Micaela once/week for 12 weeks to shake up my workouts. It was a gift to me! I’m often on the road, so she designed workouts to fit hotel gyms with minimal equipment but high intensity. Fellow hotel gym goers would often comment “what are you training for?” or “that looked really tough”. Over the year I had Micaela as a trainer, I had a recurring back injury that prevented me from doing common exercise motions. Like bending forward (hooray to not doing crunches?!). Rather than being daunted by my limitations, Micaela actually enjoyed the challenge of modifying my workouts to things I would be able to do and that would speed my recovery and keep my progress moving forward. That same adaptability and focus on appreciating what your body CAN do right now – and not getting bogged down on what you can’t do… (yet?) – is being carried over into the Love Your Bod workouts. Being able to easily adapt the LYB workouts to what I can do today, with the equipment I have, keeps much of the benefit of working out with Micaela in person – the workout names even give a hint of her (slightly cheesy) sense of humour.
I can honestly say that working out with Mica has changed not only my body but my mindset towards health and wellness. Mica’s workouts are tough, but fun and easily adaptable to my schedule. She emphasizes healthy eating but discourages restrictive diet plans that aren’t compatible with a social enjoyable life. For the first time, I’ve actually been sticking to my workouts plans, and have noticed results not only in my body tone and definition but in how I generally feel about myself and my health.
