The LYB PLAY workouts have been designed to keep you on your toes! Think variety, variety, VARIETY!

PLAY workouts work your entire body using dynamic compound exercises and your own bodyweight.

These workouts can easily be adapted to do at home using our home version of the program, or you can perform each workout in its full glory using various forms of portable exercise equipment - making this an excellent choice for anyone who's looking to exercise from home.

What's LYB PLAY?

Love Your Bod PLAY was designed for people who love fast-paced, high-intensity workouts with lots of exercise variety.

Within PLAY, we utilize many different compound movements, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises, ensuring the workouts are engaging and challenging. Each month we explore new and creative styles of programming that will keep your workouts fresh and interesting.

All workouts come with detailed video exercise instruction so that you can watch and learn as you go. Don’t forget, with LYB, if an exercise isn’t working for you - you’ve got options girl.

Every exercise has its own dedicated page, giving you full verbal and written instructions, and exercise substitutions so that you can customize your workouts to suit your personal needs.

Equipment Needed

While having access to lots of equipment can make your workouts more fun and interesting - You don't have to rush out and buy it all. There is simply no need.

Like all of our programs, PLAY has a home version for each and every workout so as long as you have a few pairs of dumbbells to start, you are set to go with PLAY. Just work with the equipment that you have!

You can add to your home gym as you go, or if you're doing your workouts at the gym - they will have all of these items. No gym machines are required!

Recommended Equipment: Dumbbells, Bench/Chair, Exercise Ball

Optional Equipment: Loop Bands, TRX, Ankle Weights, Kettlebell, Battle Ropes, Small Barbell

What You'll Learn

You’ll learn to master 15 different kickass workouts over the course of 12-weeks while slaying your goals along the way. 

No need to think about what to do at your next workout, simply refer to the PLAY calendar which will tell you exactly what to do and when to do it. 

With LYB PLAY you’ll be strengthening and improving your endurance with 3 weekly full-body training sessions per week, and 2 core workouts per week. 

What happens if you can't complete all of the recommended workouts? Well, there is no need to worry.

Simply exercise as many days per week that makes the most sense for you, your body, and your schedule. 

The goal is simply to move more than you did yesterday.
