LYB CAMP is an 8-week program for those of you who are wanting to train outdoors boot camp style!

This is a great program for anyone who enjoys fast-paced high-intensity bodyweight exercises!

Within CAMP we utilize a wide variety of workouts using compound movements, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises. You`ll encounter circuit training, HITT training, sports agility training & Tabata. 

If you love boot camp classes, look no further – This is the program for you! Train on your own, with a friend, or even start your own mini-boot camp with a group of friends!

What's LYB CAMP

LYB CAMP is an 8-week program for those of you who are wanting to train outdoors boot camp style! 

This is a great program for anyone who enjoys fast-paced high-intensity bodyweight exercises and is the perfect follow-up to the LYB MOVE, FAST, PLAY, or PACE programs. 

Within CAMP we utilize a wide variety of workouts using compound movements, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises. You`ll encounter circuit training, HITT training, sports agility training & Tabata. If you love boot camp classes, look no further – This is the program for you!

All workouts come with detailed video exercise instruction so that you can watch and learn as you go. Don’t forget, with LYB, if an exercise isn’t working for you - you’ve got options girl.

Every exercise has its own dedicated page, giving you full verbal and written instructions, and exercise substitutions so that you can customize your workouts to suit your personal needs.

Equipment Needed

No need for any equipment at all with LYB CAMP– just a mat,  your own body weight, and using what's within your surroundings such as a park bench. That's it!

Having the flexibility to be able to workout outdoors or from home will help keep you on track, and you'll save time from not having to commute to the gym!

You'll also save money as you won't need a gym membership.

If you can't do your workouts outdoors that's okay. Most of the camp workouts and exercises can be completed indoors as well.

What You'll Learn

You’ll be strengthening your entire body with 3 full-body bodyweight workouts per week! On your in-between days, we encourage you to go for a walk or jog.

No need to think about what to do at your next workout, simply refer to the CAMP calendar which will tell you exactly what to do and when to do it. 

What happens if you can't complete all of the recommended workouts? Well, there is no need to worry.

Simply exercise as many days per week that makes the most sense for you, your body, and your schedule. 

The goal is simply to move more than you did yesterday.
