LYB PACE was designed for women who want to take charge of their fitness and learn to run at their own pace.
Having the ability to run is an amazing skill to add to your fitness repertoire. It's a feel-good endorphin boosting activity that you can do from anywhere.
With LYB PACE you won't just learn how to run, you'll also be focusing on strength training in a way that is most efficient and effective for runners.
For each PACE workout, there is a gym version of the program AND a home version of the program making your workouts accessible from wherever you prefer to workout. All you need is a pair of dumbbells to get started with PACE.
All workouts come with detailed video exercise instruction so that you can watch and learn as you go. Don’t forget, with LYB, if an exercise isn’t working for you - you’ve got options girl.
Every exercise has its own dedicated page, giving you full verbal and written instructions, and exercise substitutions so that you can customize your workouts to suit your personal needs.
Learning to run is a time commitment and to improve each week, you must be running regularly.
With our program, we recommend running 3 times per week. Each run will last between 30-70 minutes, gradually building your run time over a 12-week period. + You'll be doing 2 strength workouts per week that are about 30-45 minutes which will focus on training your muscles that are most important to run performance.
No need to think about what to do at your next workout, simply refer to the PACE calendar which will tell you exactly what to do and when to do it.
